This is our list of Vice President grave sites we have visited over the past eighteen years. There have been 14 Vice Presidents that eventually served as Presidents. Thus far we have visited 33 of the 42 Vice Presidential graves, which include those that became President. We didn't actively seek these out until our 2016 trip.
Thus far only one person has visited all sixty six Presidential and Vice Presidential grave sites. Kurt Deion has a website
"Kurt's Historic Sites - Hands-on History" documenting the grave sites he and his dad visited. On August 5, 2015 he was interviewed by Brian Lamb on C-SPAN, and talked about his visits to the graves of presidents and vice presidents.

Briscoe-Garner Museum - The museum is dedicated to the remarkable lives of
John Nance "Cactus Jack" Garner and Dolph Briscoe, both Uvalde natives and historically
important political figures from Texas. The first floor documents the life and career
of "Cactus Jack" Garner, the first Texan to serve as speaker of the U. S. House of
Representatives and as vice president of the United States. The second floor is dedicated to
Dolph Briscoe who served as Texas governor from 1973 to 1979 and led a distinguished
career in public service, business, and ranching.. |
